Who was the first monarch to address the nation on Christmas Day?

The Queen's Christmas message has become a staple in the Christmas Day schedule. It began via a "wireless" address to the Empire by a nervous George V, in 1932. 25 years later, his granddaughter, Elizabeth II did the first televised Christmas Day message!
